Terms of Service

By commissioning me you automatically agree to the following:PAYMENT:• Paypal (USD) through invoices or ko-fi full prepayment upfront only. Kofi rates are slightly higher to cover kofi fees.
• I do not offer refunds if you are unsatisfied with the product, and once the payment has been sent. You will receive a full refund (excluding paypal fees) if I am unable to work on your commission as long as if I haven't started. HOWEVER if I did have progress, I will provide a partial refund, depending on how much I have completed.TURNAROUND TIME:•Turnaround time will vary, depending on what you are ordering. Please note that I have collegework, but commissions should usually be completed up to 3 months. Updates will be slower during school semester periods.
• One commission will grant you two rounds of minor revisions (1 per phase). I will provide a sketch for you to approve. You will be charged +$6 for every major revision / any change over 2.
• Once you've approved the sketch as well as the final result, you cannot make any changes!
•You are welcome to ask for updates once it has been a month!
• I do not work under client deadlines.Commissioner's rights/Things to keep in mind• I retain the right to post completed works as examples! I also have the right to create and post personal works inbetween commissions.
• Please respect the artist and refrain from spamming messages during the creation process (before any wips are sent!). This can disrupt the work and delay the completion of your commission. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the cancellation of your order.
• You are allowed to repost the completed commission with credit!
• You may commission me multiple times, but keep in mind the turnaround time will be longer depending on how many orders you make!
• You must provide a visual reference, as I will not accept written descriptions as references, unless you are requesting a custom.
• My style tends to fluctuate, and may not look exactly in the style, do not commission me if you are not okay with this.
• You are only allowed to use the completed commission for personal use only. Please discuss with me for commercial use (monetized videos, merch), as they have their own pricing. Do not turn my work into anything NFT/AI related.
